Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

  • All customers of course have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

  • Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Goods cannot unfortunately be accepted for refund after this 14 day period from receipt of goods has expired.

  • To meet the cancellation deadline, which has to be within 14 days from receipt of goods, please notify us via email sales@jo-outdoors.co.uk about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

  • If you have received the items ordered could you please take care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address (Our returns address is EllisonAC, c/o JO outdoors, Woodgate Business Centre, White Lund Industrial Estate, Morecambe, Lancashire. LA3 3PS) at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

  • You must also send the goods back recorded delivery (as being proof of return for you) and all goods MUST be supplied within the original labelled individual packaging in which the each of the items were supplied.

  • Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible but most definitely within a maximum of 21 days of goods returned, at the purchasers costs, back to our return address (Our returns address is EllisonAC, c/o JO outdoors, Woodgate Business Centre, White Lund Industrial Estate, Morecambe, Lancashire. LA3 3PS). Refunds will be made via the same payment format originally used by you (note Item below :- PayPal / Stripe statement).

  • Should original payment have been made by the client using the PayPal or Stripe payment system we do reserve the right to deduct the PayPal charge we have incurred to receive payment for client goods. 

  • In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:

(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
