All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Goods cannot be accepted for inspection & refund after this 14 day period from receipt of goods has expired.
To meet the cancellation deadline, which has to be within 14 days from receipt of goods, please notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address (Our returns address is EllisonAC, c/o JO outdoors, Woodgate Business Centre, White Lund Industrial Estate, Morecambe, Lancashire. LA3 3PS) at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
You must send the goods back recorded delivery (as proof of return for you) and all goods MUST be supplied within the original barcoded / labelled packaging in which the individual items were supplied.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you within 28 days of goods returned, at the purchasers costs, back to our return address (Our returns address is EllisonAC, c/o JO outdoors, Woodgate Business Centre, White Lund Industrial Estate, Morecambe, Lancashire. LA3 3PS). Refunds will be made via the same payment format originally used by you (note Item 1.25 below :- PayPal statement below).
Should original payment have been made by the client using the PayPal payment system we reserve the right to deduct the PayPal charge we have incurred (approx 3.5% of the client payment made) to receive payment for client goods.
You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.
In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
